Presentation Guideline
- Presenters will present their papers online using Zoom program. Each paper will start with a VDO presentation of PowerPoint (not exceed 10 minutes) opened by the conference host and followed by 5-minute question session.
- The VDO record must be loud and clear throughout the presentation without music played and annoying sound. The presenter must record the VDO clip by showing his/her face in the right bottom corner of screen.
- The VDO clip must be saved in MPEG-4 format (.mp4) with paper number as the file name.
- The file of VDO presentation must be uploaded within 9 May, 2021.
*If a paper gets accepted in a conference but the author is unable to present at it, or cannot contact presenter, it will be withdrawn from TSAE2021 Proceeding, no registration fees refund is available.
แนวทางการนำเสนอผล TSAE 2021 ประเภทบรรยาย
- ผู้นำเสนอต้องนำเสนอผลงานผ่านโปรแกรม Zoom โดยที่แต่ละบทความจะเริ่มด้วยการนำเสนอวีดีโอ PowerPoint (ความยาวไม่เกิน 10 นาที) ซึ่งจะถูกเปิดโดยเจ้าภาพจัดงาน และตามด้วยการตอบ คำถาม 5 นาที
- การบันทึกวีดีโอจะต้องมีเสียงที่ดังและชัดเจน ไม่มีเสียงเพลงบรรเลงและเสียงรบกวนใด ๆ โดยผู้นำ เสนอต้องแสดงหน้าที่มุมล่างขวาของหน้าจอ
- วีดีโอนำเสนอต้องจัดเก็บเป็นไฟล์ในรูปแบบ MPEG-4 Video (.mp4) โดยใช้หมายเลขบทความเป็น ชื่อไฟล์
- ไฟล์การนำเสนอต้องส่งภายในวันที่ 9 พฤษภาคม พ.ศ. 2564
*หากเปเปอร์ได้รับการยอมรับในการประชุม แต่ผู้เขียนไม่สามารถนำเสนอได้ หรือไม่สามารถติดต่อผู้นำเสนอได้ ผู้จัดงานขอเรียนให้ทราบว่าเปเปอร์จะถูกถอนออกจาก TSAE2021 proceeding และจะไม่มีการคืนเงินค่าธรรมเนียมการลงทะเบียน
